Employees must contact their physician to request a sick leave certificate. The employee must enter the certificate's unique code on the Factorial sick leave request.

Italian employees are required by the law to have health insurance. Nebulab will withheld the monthly amount for you.

You will be entitled to an:

• INPS integration equal to
  • 0% of the daily pay for days from the 1st to the 3rd,
  • 50% of the daily pay for days from the 4th to the 20th,
  • 2/3 of the daily pay from the 21st.
• Employer integration of the above paid sick leave in order to reach
  • 100% in the first 3 days, and multiplied it by
    • 100% for the first 2 Sick leave events,
    • 66% for the 3rd,
    • 50% for the 4th,
    • 0% for 5th+ events.
  • 75% from the 4th to the 20th,
  • 100% from the 21st.
